Google announced a new social feature to its search service, adding a button to allow users to recommend sites and share those recommendations with their friends.
"It’s called +1 — the digital shorthand for “this is pretty cool.” To recommend something, all you have to do is click +1 on a webpage or ad you find useful. These +1’s will then start appearing in Google’s search results."

Amazon Cloud Drive, Amazon Cloud Player for Web, and Amazon Cloud Player for Android
That's it! Amazon Cloud Player is now live, a streaming and storage service for music,videos, photos, and documents. Keep whatever you need online and access your files from anywhere.
So... where's Apple?? We may say that Google is here, as the service comes with an Android player, but there's no iOS player, sorry!
The Amazon Cloud drive offers 5 GB of free online storage that you can access from any computer. If you need more storage space, paid plans are available for storage up to 1,000 GB.
Outside US, please note that you can only have this 5GB plan. No upgrade plans for now.
When you purchase digital downloads from the Amazon MP3 Store, you can choose to automatically save your purchases to your Cloud Drive. All your purchases will be backed up and available to download anywhere, anytime.

Google Will Test Mobile-Payment System With VeriFone
According to Bloomberg:
Google Inc. plans to start testing a mobile-payment service at stores in New York and San Francisco within four months, letting shoppers use their phones to ring up purchases, three people familiar with the project said.
The company will pay to install thousands of special cash- register systems from VeriFone Systems Inc. at merchant locations, said one of the people, who requested anonymity because Google’s plans haven’t been made public.
